We provide our services as described in our proposals, quotes or agreements with you. If a written agreement with you conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

Text messaging program

• Program: Highwater Agency, LLC customer care and appointment notifications.
• What you receive: messages about your service, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, follow-ups on completed work and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
• How you join: you receive texts only after you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, by phone, in person, in writing, on a form or by texting us first.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your service activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to join again.
• Help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (215) 285-5163.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website use

Do not misuse our website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, disrupt it or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided “as is” for general information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Highwater is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or text messaging program.
